摘要 目的： 探讨体外循环心脏不停跳心内直视手术中血液稀释的安全性。方法： 对186例在浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳条件下行心内直视手术的患者进行术中血液稀释，并对血象、脑氧饱和度及外周血氧饱和度、动静脉血氧饱和度变化、心肺脑功能的临床表现进行观察。结果： 转机中血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞比积(Hct)分别降至65.5g/L和0.179，脑氧饱和度与外周血氧饱和度改变无意义(P>0.05)，动静脉血氧饱和度正常。术后恢复顺利。结论： 浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳手术中中度血液稀释是安全的。

STUDY ON SAFETY OF HEMODILUTION DURING OPEN-HEART OPERATION IN BEATING HEART

Abstract Objective: Studyon safety of hemodilution during open-heart operation under shallow low temperaturecardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in beating heart.Methods: Hemodilution wasadministered to 186 patients undergoing open-heart operation in beating heart beforeCPB.the Hb, Hct, rSO₂ ,SPO₂ ,SaO₂ ,SvO₂ ,andclinical picture were observed.Results: The Hb and Hct decrease to 65.5g/L and 0.179 during CPB,the rSO₂ and SPO₂ did not changesignificantly (P>0.05,before aneathesia comparing in CPB),the SaO₂ and SvO₂ were normal.No clinical picture of heart,brain and lungs injure tooke place.All thepatients recoverd smoothly.Conclusion: The moderate hemodilution is safeduring shallow low temperature CPB and open-heart operation in beating heart.
