摘要：非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病的病理改变是津液代谢失调，而脾胃功能失常是重要的致病因素，肾气不足亦不可忽视。辨证分为胃肠实热、脾虚湿阻、肾气不足和肝郁气滞四型，主要治疗方法有清泻胃肠实热、平调脾胃功能、补益肾气、通调水道、疏肝理气等。

TREATMENT ACCORDING TO DIFFERENTIATION FOR

    NON-INSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstract：Fornon-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) in TCM,decompensation of bodyfluids,disturbance of spleen and stomach as well as deficiency of Kidney-Qi are pathogenicfactors.There are four types by differentiation of syndromes for NIDDM as follows:Heatexcess in spleen and stomach,accumulation of dampness due to deficiency of Spleen-Qi,stagnation of Liver-Qi.The main therapeutic method:Clearing away heat of spleenand stomach,activating the stomach and strengthening the spleen,invigorating the Kidney-Qi,clearing and regulating water passage,restoring the normal flow of the Liver-Qi,etc.
