摘要 目的 ：探讨富锗灵芝和普通灵芝对小鼠的强壮益智作用，为富锗灵芝的临床应用提供实验依据。方法 ：将小鼠分为富锗灵芝组、普通灵芝组和空白对照组，观察给药后对小鼠的体重、游泳能力和记忆力的影响。结果 ：富锗灵芝和普通灵芝均能明显增加小鼠体重，延长游泳时间，并增强小鼠的记忆力，两者之间无显著性差异。结论 ：富锗灵芝和普通灵芝均对小鼠具有强壮益智作用。

EFFECT OF RICH-GE AND COMMON GANODERMA LUCIDUM ON IMPROVEMENT OF PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTIVE FUNCTION IN RATS

ABSTRACT Objective :Inthe present study the authors investigated the effects of rich-Ge and common ganodermalucidum on rats for the physical strengthening and mental improving,in order to providethe laboratory evidence for the clinical usage.Methods ：The rats weredivided into three groups.They were administered rich-Ge and common ganoderma lucidum andplacebo,respectively.Then their body weight,swimming ability and memory were observed.Results ：Both rich-Ge and common ganoderma lucidum can increase their body weight,prolong swimming timeand improve memory obviously.They were no significant difference between rich-Ge andcommon ganoderma lucidum. Conclusion ：Both rich-Ge and common ganodermalucidum can promote the rat's strength and mental improving.
