摘要 目的 ：观察天花粉蛋白(TCS)注射液致豚鼠全身过敏反应的情况。方法： 用TCS作为抗原，对豚鼠进行致敏和攻击。结果 ：TCS可引起豚鼠发生全身过敏反应。在一定范围内，剂量与阳性率无明显关系；低于一定剂量，反应减少或不出现；剂量过高亦使反应率降低。随着攻击(致敏)次数和时间增加，阳性反应也相应提高。结论 ：TCS对豚鼠有强的致敏性，剂量过低或过高均对过敏反应发生率有一定的影响。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON GENERAL ALLERGICAL REACTION OF TRICHOSANTHIN TO GUINEA PIG

ABSTRACT Objective :Toinvestigate general alleigical reaction effect of trichosanthin(TCS) injection on guineapig.Methods ：Using TCS as antigen,carried on sensitizing and attackingof allergical reaction on guinea pig.Results:TCS induced general allergization.During acertain dose rage,the positive rate of allergical reaction showed no significant relationsto the used dose,but below it ,the reaction lessed or simply showed on reaction,whilehigher,the positive rate alse decreased.With the time of attacking (sensitizing) increasedand time longer,the positive rate of allergical reaction increased correspondingly.Conclusion :TCShas strong general allergization,but used dose too low or high all influence allergicalreaction rate.
