摘要 目的： 探讨CT对胸部创伤的诊断价值。方法： 对照分析35例胸部创伤的X线平片及CT表现；CT扫描均采用骨算法重建，拍照时采用两种窗位拍摄。结果： 胸廓骨折X线平片检出27例，CT检出21例，差异无显著性(P>0.05)；胸膜外伤CT检查22例，X线平片检出13例；肺部损伤CT检查35例，X线平片检出15例；差异均有显著性(P<0.01～P<0.005)。结论： 胸部X线平片仍然是胸部创伤首选检查方法；CT能明确创伤病变的部位、性质，对肺损伤及胸膜外伤的诊断价值明显优于X线平片。

X-ray and CT in diagnosis of chest injury

Abstract Objective: To study the diagnostic value of CT in chest injury.Methods: Compared the expression in X-ray film with that in CT in 35 cases of chest injury.Rebuilding with osteometry was adopted in CT scanning,and graphies from two windows.Results: Twenty-seven cases of thoracic fractures were detected in X-ray and 21 in CT(P>0.05);22 cases of pleural injuries were detected in CT and 13 in X-ray(P<0.01);35 cases of lung injuries were detected in CT and 15 in X-ray(P<0.005).Conclusions: X-ray is still the first selected method for chest injuries.Position,character and degree of traumatic lesions can definitely be determined in CT. CT is more valuable than X-ray in diagnosis of lung and pleural injuries.
