摘要 目的： 探讨淋巴瘤的腹部表现及其诊断。方法： 对确诊为淋巴瘤的400例患者中，累及腹部的120例进行临床分析。结果： 淋巴瘤的腹部累及率为30.0%，主要累及腹腔淋巴结、肝、脾，腹部B超阳性率95.0%。临床主要表现为腹痛及腹部包块。结论： 淋巴瘤累及腹部时，腹部症状、体征缺乏特异性，对初诊淋巴瘤患者，常规进行腹部B超检查对早期诊断有重要意义。

Lymphoma with abdominal manifestation

Abstract Objective: To study the abdominal manifestations and diagnosis of lymphoma.Methods: Among 400 cases diagnosed as lymphoma,120(30.0%) cases that showed to have abdominal manifestations were studied.Results: Celiac lymph modes,liver and spleen were mainly involved.The positive rate in B-ultrasonic examination of abdomen was 95.0%.Their clinical manifestations were mainly abdominal pain and mass.Conclusions: The clinical manifestations of abdomen lymphoma are nonspecific;for early diagnosis and treatment,routine B-ultrasonic examination is of great significance.
