摘要 目的： 观察绝经前后妇女血液流变学的变化，以探讨妇女绝经后心血管疾病发病率迅速上升的机制。方法： 用血液流变仪法、核孔滤膜法、放射免疫法和生化检测法对105名绝经前后的健康妇女进行了有关血液流变学、血脂和激素水平的测试。结果： 绝经后组的全血高切粘度、红细胞聚集能力明显高于月经正常组对应指标，而红细胞变形能力却明显低于月经正常组。绝经前后雌激素水平与全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞滤过指数、红细胞膜微粘度呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论： 绝经后雌激素水平低落导致血液流变学的不良变化是妇女绝经后心血管疾病迅速增长的原因之一。
STUDY OF HEMORHEOLOGIC CHANGES IN WOMEN BEFORE AND AFTER MENOPAUSE

Abstract Objective: To understanod the mechanism of the rapid increase in the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in postmenopausal women from the changes of hemorheology in women before and after menopause.Methods: Rheometer,nuclepore filtration,radioimmunoassay and biochemical analyses were used in measurement of hemorheology,plasma lipids and hormone levels in 105 healthy subjects.Results: In postmenopausal group,blood viscosity under the shear rate of 94.5/s and erythrocyte aggregative ability were increased significantly whereas erythrocyte deformability was decreased greatly.The levels of estrogen were correlated negatively with blood viscosity under shear rate of 94.5/s,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte filtration index respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion: Low level of estrogen in postmenopausal women resulting in the changes of hemorheology may be one of the risk factors responsible for the rapid increase of cardiovascular diseases.
