摘 要 目的： 建立UV-HPLC法测定蒿甲醚含量的方法。方法： 用PE-PackC₁₈ (4.6×15cm)色谱柱，优选法选定冰醋 酸-甲醇-水(1∶85.4∶13.6)为流动相，流速1.0ml^. min^-1 ，柱温30℃，检测波长230nm，测定蒿甲醚含量。结果： 蒿甲醚在1%冰醋酸甲醇溶液中，末端紫外吸收可转化为在230nm处的最大吸收，并且这种转化迅速而稳定；蒿甲醚在1%冰醋酸甲醇溶液中不发生异构体转化，以稳定的β体存在。方法的精确度和精密度均符合要求。结论： 本法可用于蒿甲醚片剂的含量测定。

DETERMINATION OFARTEMETHER IN ARTEMETHER TABLETS

Abstract AIM To establish a method fordetermination of Artemether by HPLC.METHODS PE-Pack C₁₈ (4.6×15cm) reversedcolumn was used.The mobile phase consisted of glacial acetic acid-methanol-water (1∶85.4∶13.6).Theflow rate was 1.0ml^. min^-1 .The column compartment temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The detection wavelength was 230nm,and this conversion was rapid andstable.Artermether dissolved in methyl alcohol containing glacial acetic acid did not showanomerization,and existed in the form of β-isomer.the accuracy and precision of thismethod were satisfactory.CONCLUSION The method can be used for thedetermination of Artemether in Artemether tablets.
