摘 要 目的： 建立预测胃安康口服液有效期的方法。方法： 根据化学动力学原理，以黄芪甲甙为指标，薄层扫描法定量，采用Q₁₀ 法和经典恒温法，分别对胃安康口服液稳定性进行了研究。结果： 本品室温下贮存期分别为569.6d和568.5d。结论： 两种方法均可预测本品的有效期,Q₁₀ 法更为简便、省时，数据处理简单。

Abstract AIM To establish methods for the estimation self life of Weiankang oral liquid.METHODS The stability test were made by the Q₁₀ method and the classical constant-temperature method respectively according to the chemicaldynamic rationale.The astragaloside Ⅳ in the oral liquid selected as an index,the content was determined by TCL scanning.RESULTS The storage life at room temperature were 569.6 and 568.5 days respectively.CONCLUSION The two methods may be used for the estimation self life of Weiankang oral liquid. The experiments proved that in contrast to the classical constant-temperature method,the Q₁₀ method can be used because it is time saving, simple in data processing.
