摘 要: 目的:探讨胃粘膜对重复应激性刺激产生的耐受性。方法:采用重复浸水束缚应激(WRS)制作动物模型,大体及光镜下动态观察粘膜损伤程度及组织学的变化。结果:单次应激后胃粘膜出现广泛的点、线状出血性坏死灶,粘膜明显充血水肿。镜下见出血性坏死灶呈火山口状,几乎达粘膜肌层,粘膜下层充血水肿;重复应激后,出血性坏死灶明显减少、变浅,粘膜下层充血水肿减轻,同时粘膜细胞呈现出活跃的增殖状态。结论:单次应激可引起严重的胃粘膜损伤,但重复应激可使胃粘膜产生耐受性;细胞增殖在这一现象中有重要作用。

Histological study on gastric tolerant cytoprotection under stress

ABSTRACT: Objective: To determine whether gastric mucosa can adapt to repeated strong stress insults. Methods: SD rats were exposed to single or repeated WRS 4 h every other day for up to 6 days, the extent of gastric mucosal lesions were evaluated grossly and histologically. Results: Small round and linear haemorrhagic erosions were seen in the oxyntic glandular area after rats exposed to single WRS. Histological evaluation showed that haemorrhagic necrosis appeared as craters, almost extending to the muscularis mucosa. Surface epithelial cells were partially denuded and the submucosa was apparently congestive and edematous. Following repeated WRS, haemorrhagic necrosis was significantly attenuated, edema and congestions in the submucosa were apparently lessened. Meanwhile, active cell regeneration occurred in the mucosa. Foveolae and neck region elongated and the mucosa became thicker. New-born cubic cells could also be seen in the adapted mucosa. Conclusion: Severe gastric mucosal lesions can be induced by exposure to single WRS. These erosions can be significantly reduced by repeated WRS, suggesting that gastric tolerant cytoprotection is initiated in which cell regeneration plays an important role.
