摘要 目的： 探讨Stark新式剖宫产术的特点。方法： 对1997年11月～1998年2月行新式剖宫产手术115例患者的手术时间、出血量、术后恢复、拆线时间、出院时间与106例行传统剖宫产术者进行比较。结果： 2组在手术时间(分别为21.1 min±7.1 min和52.5 min±21.0 min)、手术开始至胎儿娩出时间(分别为4.9±3.4 min和8.8±5.4 min)、术中出血量(分别为135 ml±68 ml和206 ml±98 ml)等均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论： 新式剖宫产术，具有手术时间短、术中出血少、组织损伤小、手术程序简单、拆线早、住院时间短、术后恢复快等优点。

Abstract Objective :To assess characteristics of Stark＇s cesarean section(CS).Methods: Starks CS in randomized 115 cases(observed group) was compared with traditional CS in 106 cases(control group) in our department regarding operation time,bleeding amount,postoperative recovery time,stitch removing time and hospitalization time.Results: Statistics analysis of both groups showed an obvious distinction between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: With Starks CS,decreased operation,time bleeding amount and tissue injury,simplified the operation mentor,reduced the time of recovery,stitch removing and hospitalization were archieved.
