【摘要】 目的 探讨中国人心率变异性的正常值及心率变异性的重复性。 方法 采用动态心电图监测技术对1 468例健康人的24 h动态心电图进行心率变异性时域、频域分析及重复性检验。 结果心率变异性随年龄的增长而降低，且与性别有关系，两次检查的重复性较好。 结论 提供了各年龄组正常人的心率变异性正常参考值，两次测定的数值重复性较好。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the normal field of heart rate variability (HRV) and reproducibility of different methods. Methods Variabilities of heart rate was analyzed in time、freqency domain and its repeated examination by 24-hour Holter recording in 1468 healthy subjects. Results HRV declined with age;There was significant relation between HRV and gender.There are good relativity at the repeated examination. Conclusion HRV can be a reliable and effective noninvasive method for examination.It has a good reproducibility.
