摘 要: 目的:探讨躯体性及心理性应激状态下大鼠胃粘膜NOS活性变化及其与胃粘膜损伤的关系。方法:将96只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组,规则光(R)组及不规则光(I)组,采用高压恒流脉冲刺激器制备躯体性和心理性应激模型。分光光度法检测胃粘膜组织的NOS活性和Nils Lambecht法测定胃粘膜损伤指数。结果:正常情况下NOS活性平稳,应激后大鼠胃粘膜NOS活性均明显升高,I组升高程度更明显;与对照组比较,R,I组胃粘膜损伤指数均较高,且I组较R组变化显著(P<0.05)。结论:心理性应激程度愈高,胃粘膜损伤愈严重,胃粘膜损伤程度及NOS活性变化与心理应激程度关系密切。

ABSTRACT: Objective: To explore the relation between the activity changes of nitric oxide synthase and acute gastric mucosal lesion in gastric mucosa under physical and psychological stress. Methods: Animal model was constructed with impulsive stimulator of high voltage and stable currency. Ninety-six male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control, regular and irregular group. NOS activity was measured by spectrophotometry and injure of gastric mucosa was measured by method of Nils Lambecht. Results: NOS activity was stable in normal rats but increased significantly in group of psychological stress(P<0.05); gastric mucosa injury were observed in regular group, irregular group and the later was server(P<0.05). Conclusion: The degree of increase of the NOS activity and gastric mucosa injury are positively correlated to the severity of psychological stress.
