【摘要】 目的 研究冠状静脉窦及其属支的X线解剖特征。方法 利用冠状动脉造影的静脉相对102例患者的冠状静脉窦及其属支的形态、位置、数目、直径及角度进行观测。结果 所有患者均可见冠状静脉窦和心大静脉,绝大多数患者可见心中静脉及1~3支左室后静脉。心中静脉直径(4.12±1.25)mm和左室后静脉(3.10±1.03)mm多呈直角汇入冠状静脉窦,可能会给左室电极导线植入造成技术上的困难,心大静脉在左房室沟内与冠状静脉窦保持同轴。结论 冠状动脉造影是显示冠状静脉窦及其属支的简单、易行方法,心大静脉可作为左室电极导线植入的部位。
Angiographic features of the coronary sinus and its tributaries

【Abstract】 Objective To study the angiographic characteristics of the coronary sinus (CS) and its tributaries. Methods The venous phase of coronary arteriography was used to examine the morphology,position,number,diameter and angulation of the CS and its tributaries in 102 patients.Results The CS and great cardiac vein (GCV) were visualized in all patients;middle cardiac vein (MCV) and 1~3 left posterior vein (LPV) were visualized in almost all patients.The MCV [mean diameter (4.12±11.25) mm]and the LPV[mean diameter (3.10±1.03) mm]drained the CS at an approximately 900 angle,and this angulation might cause technical difficulties during inserting a left ventricular pacing lead.However,the GCV remained in the same axis as the CS in the left atrioventricular groove. Conclusion Coronary arteriography is a simple and feasible method to visualize the CS and its main tributaries.The GCV may be used as an optimal route for the implantation of a left ventricular pacing lead.
