摘要 目的:研究蛋白激酶C抑制剂Chelerythrine对大鼠脑缺血时纹体γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和甘氨酸(Gly)释放的影响。方法:用微透析和高压液相法测定大鼠半球缺血时纹体GABA和Gly的释放。结果:脑缺血时纹体GABA和Gly的释放明显升高。前者被Chelerythrine促进而后者则被抑制。结论:脑缺血时纹体GABA和Gly释放的明显升高参与了脑缺血病理过程,蛋白激酶C抑制剂Chelerythrine可能通过这一机制具有某些保护缺血大脑的作用。

The effects of PKC inhibitor chelerythrine on the releases of GABA and Gly from ischemic rat striatums

Abstract Objective: To study the effects of PKC inhibitor chelerythrine on the releases of GABA and Gly from ischemic rat striatums. Methods: The releases of GABA and Gly from rat striatums during global ischemia were determined by microdialysis and HPLC methods. Results: Release of GABA and Gly from ischemic rat striatums were significantly increased. The former was promoted, however, the latter was inhibited by PKC inhibitor Chelerythine respectively. Inclusion: Oncreased releases of GABA and Gly are involved in the pathogeneses of brain ischemia and the PKC inhibitor chelerythrine may have some protective effects on cerebral ischemia through this mechanism.
