【摘要】 目的 研究血栓调节蛋白(TM)在胃癌组织中的表达。方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法对40例手术切除胃癌标本进行TM表达的研究。结果 18例肠型胃癌中，15例TM表达阳性(83.3%)，22例弥漫型胃癌中，11例TM表达阳性(50.0%)；60岁以上病人23例，其中19例TM表达阳性(82.6%)，60岁以下病人17例，其中7例TM表达阳性(41.2%)。肠型胃癌TM的表达明显高于弥漫型胃癌(P<0.05)；60岁以上病人胃癌组织TM的表达显著高于60岁以下的病人(P<0.05)。结论 肠型胃癌TM的表达显著高于弥漫型胃癌。

Expression ofthrombomodulin in gastric carcinoma

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of thrombomodulin (TM) in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of TM in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma was detected by means ofimmunohistochemical ABC.Results Among the 18 cases of gastric carcinomaof intestinal type, 15 were positive for TM (83.3%), 11 out of 22 cases of gastriccarcinoma of diffuse type were positive for TM(50.0%), 19 of 23 gastric carcinoma patientsover 60 years old were positive for TM (82.6%), 7 of 17 gastric carcinoma patients under60 years old were positive for TM (41.2%), showing that the expression of TM in gastriccarcinoma of intestinal type was significantly higher than that in gastric carcinoma ofdiffuse type, and that the expression of TM in gastric carcinoma patients over 60 yearsold was significantly higher than in those under 60 years old.Conclusion TM was overexpressed in gastric carcinoma of intestinal type as compared with that ingastric carcinoma of diffuse type.
