【摘要】 目的 探讨标准型CD44(CD44s)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的临床应用价值。方法 用免疫组织化学方法检测NSCLC180例和淋巴结NSCLC转移癌51例的石蜡标本CD44s表达强度，并对180例NSCLC的术中情况进行记录，对其中141例病人进行随访分析。结果 CD44s强表达的NSCLC多为Ⅰ期，术中淋巴结转移率及4年转移率较低，病人生存期较长；淋巴结NSCLC转移癌的CD44s表达率较原发灶低。结论 CD44s强表达的NSCLC病人多为早期，发生转移可能性较少，生存期较长，可能是NSCLC一个预后良好的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective Toinvestigate the clinical value of standard CD44 (CD44s) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The intensity of CD44s expression in 180paraffin-embedded NSCLC specimens in group A and 51 paraffin-embedded NSCLC′s lymphaticmetastasis specimens in group B were detected by using immunohistochemical stainingmethod. Tumor records during operation of 180 patients in group A were documented and 141patients in group A were followed up. Results Most of the NSCLC ofCD44s strong expression belonged to stage I, its lymphatic metastatic and 4-yearmetastatic rate were relatively low and the patients had a longer survival time. The rateof CD44s expression in NSCLC′s metastatic lymph nodes was less than that in primarylesion. Conclusion Most of the patients with CD44s strong expressionare classified into early stage of NSCLC and have lower rate of metastasis with a longersurvival time. CD44s strong expression may be a better prognostic marker of NSCLC.
