摘要 目的：探讨脑膜瘤的增殖能力与瘤周脑水肿组的关系。方法：对132例脑膜瘤的病理资料用WHO的方法进行组织学计分和分级，部分进行了细胞形态计量学(26例)和流式细胞术(FCM)分析(68例)。结果：中、重度水肿组的组织学计分、分级、肿瘤细胞的细胞密度、核面积及FCM的DI和PI均高于轻或无水肿组。重度水肿组的超二倍体率及异倍体率均显著高于其它组别。结论：增殖活跃的脑膜瘤易伴中重度瘤周水肿。

Abstract Objective: To understand the relationship between the proliferative activity of meningiomas and the peritumoral edema. Methods: The pathologic data of 132 cases with meningiomas were analysed in the method of WHO's histological grading, and in a portion of these patients, the tumor cells were examined by means of cell morphometry (26 cases) and flow cytometry (FCM) (68 cases). Results: The peritumoral edema was closely related to the proliferative activity of meningiomas. The active proliferative tumors were often with severe peritumoral edema. The histological grading, cellular density, nuclear area of the tumor cells and the value of DI and PI in the moderate and severe peritumoral edema groups were significantly higher than those in the mild and without edema groups. The percentage of hyperdiploid and aneupliod tumors in the severe edema group were higher than that of other 3 groups. The edema score was positively correlated with the histological grading, the cellular density, the nuclear area, DI and PI, respectively. Conclusion: The meningomas with active proliferation were in company with moderate or severe peritumoral edema.
