【摘要 】 目的 探讨胃癌浸润与细胞增殖和细胞凋亡标记程度的相关性。方法 外科手术切除的50例胃癌均经病理对浸润深度进行确认。病变粘膜用增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)标记和DNA原位末端标记(TUNEL)进行检测。结果 胃癌组织PCNA阳性细胞标记指数为(0.69±0.20)，TUNEL总标记指数为(13.7±3.2)。低分化胃癌TUNEL标记指数明显降低。PCNA标记与胃癌浸润程度呈正相关，TUNEL呈逆相关改变。结论 PCNA及TUNEL标记与胃癌浸润程度及淋巴结转移状态有明显的相关性，细胞增殖与凋亡的异常改变可能是胃癌浸润转移的机制之一。

【Abstract 】 Objective Tostudy the relation of the cell proliferation and apoptosis with the invasion of gastriccarcinoma. Methods The invasion in 50 surgical specimens of gastriccarcinoma was identified histopathologically. The affected mucosa was detected byimmunohistochemistry for the labeling of PCNA and by TUNEL for DNA fragrant of apoptosis. Results Thelabeling index of PCNA positive cells was 0.69±0.02, and the labeling index of gastriccarcinomas by TUNEL was 13.7±3.2 The labeling index of TUNEL was reduced obviously at thelesion of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (P<0.05). There was a positive relationbetween the labeling of PCNA and the invasive depth of gastric carcinoma, and the TUNELlabeling showed the reverse relation with invasive staging. Conclusions ThePCNA labeling and TUNEL labeling had a close relation to the invasive depth and the stateof lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma. The abnormal change in cell proliferationand apoptosis might be one of the mechanisms of invasion and metastasis of gastriccarcinoma.
