【摘要 】 目的 研究黄腐酸钠对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变的保护作用及其机制。方法 观察黄腐酸钠对肾小球形态,肾小球基底膜超微结构,尿白蛋白排出率的影响及血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物(PAI-1)活性改变。结果 糖尿病大鼠血浆t-PA活性明显降低,而PAI-1活性升高。黄腐酸钠明显降低糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白,抑制肾小球肥大,延缓肾小球基底膜增厚及足突融合,显著提高血浆t-PA活性而降低PAI-1活性。结论 黄腐酸钠对糖尿病肾病具有保护作用。此作用可能与提高血浆纤溶活性有关。

【Abstract 】 Objective Toevaluate the protective effect of sodium fulvate on diabetic glomerulopathy instreptozotocin-induced diabetic rats and explore its possible mechanism.Methods Changesof indexes,including mean glomerular area,mean glomerular volume,mean glomerular basementmembrane thichness,uninary albumin excretion rate,t-PA and PAI-1 activities,were observed.Results Plasmat-PA activity decreased and PAI-1 activity increased in diabetic rats.Sodium fulvatereduced albuminuria,inhibited glomerular enlargement,delayed the progress of glomerularbasement membrane thickening and reduced foot process fusion.Plasma t-PA activityincreased and PAI-1 activity decreased significantly in sodium fulvate treated diabeticrats.Conclusion Sodium fulvate may help prvenent the development ofdiabetic nephropathy,and this effect may be partly achieved by correcting plasma t-PA andPAI-1 activities.
