腱细胞与碳纤维体外复合组织学变化的实验研究

摘要 】目的了解兔腱细胞与碳纤维体外复合后植入体内形成肌键的可能性与可行性。方法在体外腱细胞培养的基础上,将冻存、复苏后的传代腱细胞(N6 )与碳纤维体外复合形成人工活性材料后植入兔体内修复肌腱缺损,分期观察。结果植入4周后统计分析表明:自体与同种异体组腱细胞密度与胶原纤维含量差异无显著性意义,各组间细胞密度与胶原纤维含量呈正相关关系;腱细胞在碳纤维间增殖、合成Ⅰ型胶原,植入材料表面覆有光滑的表面结构。结论冻存后复苏的自体腱细胞与同种异体腱细胞植入体内同样具有增殖合成胶原的能力。

    

Histological Observationof Tendon Cell Culture Combined

    With Carbon Fiber

Abstract 】 Objective To investigate thepossibility and feasibility of repairing injuried tendon with living artificial tendon.Methods A subcultured tendon cell line(N6 ), which have been frozen with carbonfiber to form the artificial activated material, were implanted into the defect of tendonAchillis of rabbits and their relevant morphological changes were observed in differentstages.Results Four weeks after implantation, there were no significant difference betweenthe amount of tendon cell and content of collagen fiber in the two kinds of autogenous andhomogenous of cells(P >0.05). The amount of tendon cell is significantly related to thecontent of collagen fiber in all groups. Tendon cells were detached from the carbon fiberand proliferated, and the synthesis of typeⅠ collagen among the carbon fiber wereobserved. Conclusion Tendon cell, autogenous and homogenous had the ability ofproliferation and collagen synithesis after freezing.
