【摘要】 目的 解决下睑袋所有畸形，如皮肤肌肉松垂、眶内脂肪增多、眶骨的衰变，眶隔强度变弱眶内脂肪疝出、眶下缘皱襞形成。方法 应用眼轮匝肌悬吊法的同时又对眶隔及眶下皱襞进行处理固定修整下睑袋。结果 近几年对32例患者进行治疗，得到满意效果。结论 能解决以上所有畸形并达到较长久的下睑年轻化，又无并发症。

【 Abstract 】 Objective The study is to correct all thedeformities of the lower eyelid. There is a regressive keletonization of the orbit as thesoft-tissue covering of the lower eyelid skin and orbicularis oculli descend downward dueto loss of tone, and the orbital fat herniates through a weakened septum orbitale,resulting in an infraorbital crease. Methods We suspend the orbicularis oculi muscle and fix theorbital septum in blepharoplasty. Results This method has been used in 32 patients with satisfactoryresults in recent years.Conclusion The technique can improve all the deformities of the baggyeyelids and achieve long-lasting youthful countenance.
