【摘要】目的：为临床开展筛窦外科手术提供影像解剖资料。方法：对50具成人头部标本采用高分辨CT进行冠状位、矢状位以及水平位薄层扫描，观测了筛窦的各主要径线。结果：筛窦的左右径：前端：左9.4mm±1.5mm；右9.7mm±2.1mm；后端；左15.5mm±4.2mm；右15.1mm±4.1mm；上下径：外侧前端：左29.1mm±6.8mm；右27.3mm±6.9mm；外侧后端：左21.2mm±8.2mm；右21.6mm±6.8mm；内侧后端：左15.9mm±4.3mm；右16.1mm±5.1mm。前后径：上部33mm±5.2mm；下部32.3mm±5.4mm。结论：三种不同层面的薄层扫描可给筛窦影像解剖研究者提供更详细的解剖数据，为筛窦的三维立体成像提供了方便。

Imaging anatomy study of ethmoidsinus

Objective :Provied image anatomy basis of ethmoid sinus for ethmoid sinus surgery.Methods:Main tracks of ethmoid sinus were observed and meausred trough high-resolution CT scanning with coronal,sagittal and axial plane on 50 adult cadaver heads.Results:The transverse diameter of ethmoid sinus was 9.4±1.5 mm ofr left and 9.7±2.1 mm for right at front-end,and 15.5±4.2 mm for left and 15.1±4.1 mm for right at rear-end.The vertical diameter was 29.1±6.8 mm for left and 27.3±6.9 mm at lateral front-end,21.2±8.2 mm for left and 21.6±6.8 mm for fight at leteral rear-end,18.6±7.5 mm for left and 17.8±6.9 mm for right at medial front-end,15.9±4.3 mm for left and 16.1±5.1 m for irght at medial rear-end.The sagittal diameter was 33.0±5.2 mm at top and 32.3±5.4 mm at inferior part.Conclusion:This article showed that the multi-CT scanning was very significant in imaging anatomy study of ethmoid sinus and clinical practice.
