【摘要】目的总结过熟期白内障小切口非超声乳化手术复明的方法和疗效。方法选择过熟期白内障45例(50眼)，采用小切口非超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入术式，观察其疗效及手术并发症的发生。结果视力恢复快，4周后趋于稳定。人工晶体植入位置良好，并发症少。结论过熟期白内障复明宜采用小切口非超声乳化术式。
