带教老师言行对护生临床实习情绪影响的调查分析

     【摘要】 目的 探讨带教老师的言行对护生临床实习情绪的影响,以提高临床教学质量。方法 采用自制调查表对61名临床实习护生进行问卷式调查。结果 80%以上护生认为临床带教老师的教学态度、温柔得体的语言、师生之间适当的交流、经常性的提问及合理化的建议等,这些因素在很大程度上影响其临床实习中的情绪。带教老师的操作技能及业务素质、授课水平、操作指导时默契程度等也不同程度地影响护生在临床实习时的情绪。结论 提示临床带教老师应重视自身的言行和教学质量,以减少对临床实习护生的负面情绪影响。
