【摘要】 目的 评价复方蛇床子洗液治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法 将105例病人分为两组，分别予以复方蛇床子洗液外洗(60例)和丁酸氢化可的松软膏(45例)治疗，根据皮损面积和自觉瘙痒程度判定疗效。结果 两组疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),复方蛇床子洗液对急性湿疹疗效尤佳。结论 复方蛇床子洗液治疗湿疹疗效确切，与外用皮质固醇激素制剂相仿，且无明显副反应，值得临床选用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of compound fructus cnidii lotions on eczema.

    Methods 105 cases of eczema were randomized into two groups, treating group (60 cases) with compound Fructus cnidii lotions and 45 cases with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment as contrasts. the efficacy was assessed according to the skin lesions areas and subjective itching.Results There wasn't significant difference between treating group and contrasts in terms of curative efficacy. But compound Fructus cnidii had excellent effects on acute eczema.Conclusion Compound Fructus cnidii lotions is similar to hydrocortisone in effects on eczema, and without markeelly adverse reaction. ......
