【摘要】 目的 研究三种不同的术后处理方案对腋臭搔刮术后并发症的影响。方法 A组：医用绷带加压包扎+橡皮引流条；B组：医用弹力绷带加压包扎+橡皮引流条；C组：医用弹力绷带加压包扎。结果 A组：术后感染5侧、血肿加感染6侧、血肿加局部坏死及感染1侧，并发症发生率16.67%(12/72)；B组：术后感染4侧、血肿加感染1侧，并发症发生率8.06%(5/62)；C组：术后感染3侧，并发症发生率4.84%(3/62)。经四格表卡方检验：A、B组比较，P>0.05，差异无显著性；A组与C组或B组+C组比较，P值均<0.05，差异有显著性。结论 弹力绷带局部压迫止血效果较好，能有效地防止血肿形成，减少并发症的发生；橡皮条引流不能有效减少血肿形成。
