摘要:目的 探讨临床实习生社会支持及其相关因素。 方法 对153名临床实习生进行社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)问卷测评。 结果 高社会支持组客观支持、主观支持和对支持利用度得分高于低社会支持组，且高社会支持组抑郁倾向比例低，与抑郁倾向组比较，非抑郁倾向组在主观支持和支持利用以及社会支持总分显著高于抑郁倾向组(P<0.01)。 结论 临床实习生社会支持与抑郁倾向存在关联，应完善社会支持系统，预防抑郁倾向。
