石墨炉法测定尿镉结果不确定度表达与分析

     摘要:目的 计算出尿镉测定值的不确定度与影响不确定度的因素。 方法 依据JJF059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表达》原理和方法计算尿镉测定值合成标准不确定度。 结果 尿镉含量X=(16.67±0.06)μg/L。其不确定度主要包括:①标准溶液浓度;②标准溶液稀释量具;③标准曲线方程;④重复测定相对不确定度;⑤检测仪器分辨率;⑥石墨炉法相对不确定度;⑦检样量取;⑧有效数字修约。 结论 全面反映检测全过程是质量控制的关键。

    Expression and evaluation of uncertainity of measured values of urine cadminium by using graphite furnace-AAS.HUANG Zhen-rong,XU Yan-fen,ZHANG Yao-zhong.(Jiangmen Municipal Institute of Occupational Diseases,Jiangmen529020,Guangdong,P.R.China)

    Abstract:Objective To estimate the uncertainty of measured values of urine cadmium and its influencing factors. Methods The uncertainty of the measured values of urine cadmium was calculated based on the principle and method for calculation of com-bined standard uncertainity document JJF059-1999. Results The uncertainty may be expressed as X=(16.674±0.06)μg/L. Conclusion The major influencing factors may be①concertra-tion range of standard solutions;②diluting apparatus for standard solutions;③precision of the calibration curve;④the relative un-certainty of repetitive measurements;⑤discrimination of the measuring instruments;⑥the relative uncertainty of graphite furnace method;⑦the measured sample size;⑧correction and revision of effective figures.All these factors may reflect the different key steps for quality control during the whole procedures of urine cadmium measurement. ......
