摘要:目的 探讨人工肝支持系统(ALSS)治疗重型肝炎的治疗时期和临床疗效。 方法 47例重型肝炎为治疗组，应用ALSS治疗;94例重型肝炎为对照组，仅用综合疗法治疗。 结果 经ALSS治疗后，治疗组肝功能明显改善，临床症状得到一定程度改善，总治愈好转率为59.57%，显著优于对照组的40.42%(P<0.05);而早、中期重型肝炎治愈好转率为100.00%，与对照组(51.66%)比较有非常显著差异(P<0.005)，但晚期重型肝炎中，ALSS治愈好转率为20.83%，对照组为6.00%，两组无显著差异(P>0.1)。 结论 ALSS治疗重型肝炎疗效可靠，在早、中期重型肝炎进行ALSS治疗效果较好。
