【摘要】 目的 探讨综合治疗对进展期胃癌预后影响的价值。 方法 对1987～2003年经胃镜活检及手术病理确诊的507例胃癌的临床特点及治疗经过进行回顾性分析。 结果 42例未经手术及一般治疗者平均生存期为13个月，465例经过住院手术、放疗化疗及中医药等综合治疗，35例早期胃癌5年生存率为97%，430例进展期胃癌5年生存率为47%。 结论 及早实施正确的综合治疗能有效提高进展期胃癌患者的远期疗效。
