摘要:目的 观察地氯雷他定联合法莫替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。 方法 慢性荨麻疹患者随机分配进入治疗组和对照组，治疗组口服地氯雷他定和法莫替丁，对照组单用地氯雷他定，疗程均为14d，疗程结束时评价疗效。 结果 治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为87.5%和70.8%，两组比较差异有显著性(χ 2 =4.423，P<0.05)。药物不良反应轻微。 结论 地氯雷他定联合法莫替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹能提高临床疗效。
