摘要:目的 探讨用中西医结合的方法治疗老年高血压性鼻出血的优点。 方法 77例患者分为两组。对照组用传统的鼻腔填塞止血加西药治疗;治疗组在内窥镜下射频止血加中药治疗。对两组治疗前后血压，临床症状及血浆内皮素(ET)，血管紧张素II(AngII)，一氧化氮(NO)含量进行测量。 结果 治疗组疗程短，痛苦小。治疗后血压下降，血浆NO含量，ET和AngII水平均改善。 结论 中西医结合治疗老年高血压性鼻出血的方法是有效而安全的，值得临床推广。
