摘要:目的 为了解海南省中专学校学生患脂肪肝的情况，为预防和控制措施提供科学依据。 方法 2004年6月对海南省中专学校毕业班中汽修和电子专业同学进行就业前B超检查，然后对患脂肪肝患者进行数据分析。 结果 海南省中专学校学生脂肪肝患病率达6.43%，男6.55%(35/534)，女为5.97%(8/134)，男女差异无显著性。 结论 脂肪肝的预防和控制应从青少年抓起，提倡科学饮食和适当有效的体育锻炼。
