摘要：目的：探讨老年人重型颅脑损伤的诊治。方法：根据年龄将重型颅脑损伤患者分为老年组和年轻组，并对其并发症发生率和病死率进行分析。结果:老年组并发症发生率为28.3%，年轻组并发症发生率为10.2%，二组并发症发生率差异非常明显(P<0.01)；老年组病死率50.9%；年轻组病死率23.2%，二组病死率差异非常明显(P<0.01)。结论：老年人重型颅脑损伤并发症多，病死率高，治疗上及时处理，对降低病死率具有重要意义。

    Treatment and Prognosis of the Aged Patient with Cerebral Impairment

    Abstract: Objective:To study the diagnose and treatment of the aged patient with cerebral impairment. Method: All 365 patients with cerebral impairment were divided into aged group and young group according to age, and analysed the rate of complication and mortality. Result: The rate of complication in aged group was 28.3%, in young group was 10.2%; There was significant difference between two groups. The mortality of aged group was 50.9%, the mortality of young group was 23.2 %. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Aged patient with cerebral impairment has more complication and the mortality was increases. Treating complication earlier may significantly decreases the mortality. ......
