摘要：目的：探讨十二指肠憩室的诊断和治疗方式的选择。方法：通过对近20年来的25例十二指肠憩室患者的诊疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果：25例中，1例肠瘘，经保守治疗治愈，其他患者效果满意，全部病例均治愈。结论：切除憩室是根治的基础，憩室扩置胃肠转流是可取的术式。

    Diagnosis and Treatment of Duodenal Diverticulum

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the method of diagnosis and treatment of duodenal diverticulum .Method: 25 cases with duodenal diverticulum diagnosised and treated near 20 years were reviewed. Result: All cases including 1 merging intestinal fistula after operation through conservative treatment were cured. Conclusion: Removal of the diverticulum is essential ,gastroenterostomy is suggestive.
