摘 要：目的：探讨婴幼儿急性肠套叠空气灌肠整复的指征及并发症的处理。方法：对病程<48h的103例急性肠套叠空气灌肠治疗进行回顾性研究。结果：103例经过空气灌肠90例成功。结论：合理选择方法对急性肠套叠治疗，可提高治愈率。关键词： 肠套叠； 空 气； 灌 肠

Abstract： Objective: To investigate the clinical implications of air pressure enema reduction of children acute intussusception and management of postoperative. Method: 103 cases course that less than 48hours acute intussusception cases of air pressure enema reduction were analysed. Result: 90 of 103 cases of air pressure enema reduction were cured. Conclusion: The curability of accurate air pressure enema reduction was risen.
