摘要：目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症最佳治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析腰椎间盘突出症非手术疗法1893例，采用不同方式的治疗报导。结果：快速三维牵引加手法推拿、药物，优于间断牵引加手法推拿药物等，无牵引，手法推拿加药物者效果差。结论：非手术疗法效果差时，尽早手术治疗。

    The Effect Analysis of Treatment Ways on 1893 cases with Breakthrough Syndrom of lumbar intervertebral disc

    Abstract: Objective: Study the best scheme to treat the breakthrough syndrom of lumbar intervertebral disc. Method: Reviewed analysis on 1893 cases report to treat the breakthrough syndrom of lumbar intervertebral disc by using non surgical ways. Result: The treatmenteffect of general methods of combining with continue quickly three :dimensional draught, massage and drugs is better than the methods of combining with interrupt draught, massage and drugs, The treatment effect of non: draught methods is the worst. Conclusion: It is better way to oprate as soon as best, if nonsurgical methods is not effective to treat the breakthrough syndrom of lumbar intervertebral disc. ......
