神经肽Y与去甲肾上腺素促心肌细胞肥大效应

     【摘要】 目的 观察神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)与去甲肾上腺素(NE)对心肌细胞生长、细胞内蛋白质合成的影响及二者的相互作用。 方法 进行原代乳鼠心肌细胞培养,以 3 H-亮氨酸掺入率的变化来反映NPY、NE对心肌细胞内蛋白质合成的影响。 结果 (1)NPY组、NE组 3 H-亮氨酸掺入率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)NPY与NE合用可使心肌细胞 3 H-亮氨酸掺入率进一步升高,与二者单独使用组相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 (1)NPY、NE均可促进心肌细胞内蛋白质的合成;(2)NPY与NE在促进心肌细胞内蛋白质合成过程中有明显的协同效应。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of NPY and NE on cellular hypertrophy in cardiomyocytes,and conclusions were wished be uesful theoretic guides for clinical therapy.Methods Neonatal Wistar rat's cardiomy-ocytes were cultured first,then the effects of NPY,NE on cardiomyocytes growth were observed by measuring the changes of the 3 H-Leucine incorporation ratio in different concentrations and different times.Results (1)The 3 H-Leucine incorporation ratios were significantly higher in NPY and NE group than in control(P<0.01);(2)The 3 H-Leucine incorporation ratios of NPY+NE group were significantly higher than NPY and NE group(P<0.01).Con-clusion (1)NPY and NE could induce the hypertrophy of cardiomyocytes;(2)Being factors which were co-secreted from sympathetic nerves ......
