摘要：目的：探讨苦参素联合微卡治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的作用机制及疗效。方法：126例CHB患者随机分成治疗组63例和对照组63例，观察两组患者肝功能、HbeAg、及HBVDNA的变化情况。结果：治疗组的肝功复常率、HbeAg及HBVDNA阴转率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：苦参素联合微卡治疗慢性乙型肝炎有协同作用，它能提高细胞免疫应答能力，促进HbeAg及HBVDNA的阴转。

    Marin Combined with M.vaccae in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

    Abstract：Objective:To study the effects of Marin combined with M.vaccae in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method: 126 patients with CHB were divided randomly into treatment group (63 cases) and control group (63 cases).To observe the changes of transaminase .HBeAg and HBV-DNA of the two groups.Result: The recovery rate of transaminase of treatment group was higher than that of control group.The negative rate of HBeAg and HBVDNA was also higher than that of control group, and differences were significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a cooperative effect with interferon combined with M.Vaccae to treat chronic hepatitis B.It can improve cellular immune function,make HBeAg and HBV DNA change negative. ......
