摘 要：目的: 探讨青年人大肠癌的临床特征、外科治疗及预后。方法: 回顾性分析青年人大肠癌52例患者临床特点、病理特征和生存率。结果: 52例青年人大肠癌，平均病程6.5个月，误诊35例，占67.3%。Dukes分期C、D期共37例，占71.1%。病理类型以低分化腺癌、粘液腺癌多见，共33例，占63.5%。52例中21例行根治性手术，根治组2年生存率41.8%，5年随访生存率23.2%。结论: 青年人大肠癌误诊率高,恶性程度高，预后差，如何早诊和早治是提高生存率的关键。

    Clinnical character analysis in 52 cases of young patients with colon cancer

    Abstract： Objective: To study the clinnical character,surgery treatment and prognosis in 52 Cases of Young Patients (age≤30)with colon cancer.Method:The Clinnical pathological feature and survivalrate of 52 cases of young patients with colon cancer were analysed retrospectively.Result:The mean duration from onset of symptoms to diagnosis in this group was 6.5 months.21 of 52 were misdiagnosed.The misdiagnosis rate was 35 cases (67.3%.Dukes stages C and D was noted in 37 cases (71.1%).The proportion of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, mucinous carcinoma was 33 cases (63.5%).The 2-year survivalrate in complete resection group was 41.8%.The 5-year survivalrate in complete resection group was 3.2%.Conclusion:The young patients with colon cancer have the characteristic of hige misdianosisrate,hige in cidence of poor differentiation.Inorder to raise the survival rate,it is important for us to diagnosis and treat the young adults with colon cancer as early as wecan. ......
