摘要：目的：总结ERCP在胆胰疾病诊断中的经验。方法：回顾分析450例临床经ERCP诊断的胆道和胰腺疾病。结果：ERCP检查成功率94%，ERCP对胆管癌、胆总管囊肿和壶服部癌的确诊率均为100%。对胆管结石的确诊率为95%。而B超；CT联合诊断胆管癌为38%；壶服部癌为54%；胆管结石为81%，P<0.05。结论：ERCP对胆管结石、胆管癌和壶服部癌的诊断优于B超和CT。

    The Diagnostic Value of Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography in Diseases of the Pancrease and Biliary Tract

    Abstract： Objective: Summarizes ERCP experience in the diagnosis on disease of pancreatic and choledochus’diseases. Method: We reviewed and analysed 450 clinical biliary tract and pancreatic disease diagnosed by ERCP. Result: ERCP checked 94% of success rate finally, ERCP, the definite diagnosis rate to the malignant tumors of the bile duct; the congenital biliary cystic dilatation; the carcinoma of ampulla is 100% . The definite diagnosis rate to the bile duct calculus is 95%. And B ultrasonic wave, CT jointly diagnoses the malignant tumors of the bile duct is 38%; the carcinoma of ampulla is 54%; The bile duct calculus is 81%. P<0. 05. Conclusion: ERCP, to the bile duct calculus; the malignant tumors of the bile duct and the carcinoma of ampulla are superior to B ultrasonic wave and CT. ......
