摘要：目的：探讨食管癌贲门癌术后吻合口瘘发生的原因及防治，减少该并发症的发生。方法：对于324例食管癌贲门癌切除术后，食管胃吻合重建，术后观察吻合瘘的发生情况。结果：324例食管癌贲门癌发生吻合口瘘6例，其发生率1.8%。结论：吻合口瘘的发生是一个综合因素的结果，与手术操作、术式、残胃及食管的血运、吻合口的张力、胸腔感染及必要的全身营养支持等因素有关。

    Abstract：Objective: Discuss the reason and prevention the anastomotic leakage after operation of esophageal cancer or cardia cancer, reduce the occurrence of the complications. Method: Observe the occurrence of the anastomotic leakage in 324 examples of esophageal or cardia cancer resection which anastomose esophageal with stomach. Result: Anastomotic leakage is happened to 6 examples in 324 examples, the occurrence rate is 8%. Conclusion: The reason of anastomotic leakage is comprehensive factors, related to surgical operation、 type of operation、 blood circulation of esophageal and residual stomach、 tension of anastomotic stoma、 thoracic cavity infections and nutritional support. ......
