摘要：目的：探讨延长扩张时间、增大扩张量的皮肤软组织扩张术的临床效果。方法：15例病人置入50～400ml的扩张器，扩张3～6个月，扩张量为额定容量的2～5.2倍。结果：73%的病人按预期设计切除了全部病区，随访6～12个月，质地好，挛缩轻。结论：延长扩张时间，增加扩张量可以产生更多的额外皮肤，在面颈部应用效果良好。

    Clinical Application of Skin Expansion with Enlarged Soline Volume in Facio-cervical Plastic

    Abstract： Objective： To search the effect of skin expansion with prolonged injected time and increased injected soline volume.Method： The expanders of 30 to 400ml were implanted under the skin of 15 cases and expanded for 3 to 6 months.at the end of the expansion,the injected soline volume was 2 to 5.2 times of the volume of the expander.Result： 11 cases were repaired the whole defects as the before operation design and after followed up 6 to 12 months the skin was fine and skin contraction was very small.Conclusion： The skin expansion with prolonged injected time and increased injected soline volume can produce more skin tissue than the routine expansion.We think that it is an effective method to repair the facio-cervical defects. ......
