电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者血浆NPY、CGRP的影响

     【摘要】 目的 观察电刺激小脑顶核(CFNs)对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法 选择ACI患者80例,随机分为CFNs治疗组及ACI对照组,采用放射免疫法分别测定治疗前、治疗第14天时患者血浆NPY、CGRP水平。结果 CFNs治疗组与ACI对照组治疗前血浆NPY水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),而CGRP水平均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。CFNs治疗组与ACI对照组患者治疗后血浆NPY水平与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.001,P<0.01),且CFNs治疗组治疗后血浆NPY水平较ACI对照组治疗后降低更显著(P<0.01);而治疗后CGRP水平与治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.001,P<0.01),且CFNs治疗组治疗后血浆CGRP水平较ACI对照组治疗后升高更显著(P<0.01)。结论 CFNs对ACI的治疗作用机制可能与其降低血浆NPY、升高血浆CGRP水平有关。

    The effect of cerebellar fastigial neucleus stimulation to levels of neuropeptide Y and calcitonin gene-related peptide in plasma in patients with acute cerebral infarction

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of cerebellar fastigial neucleus stimulation(CFNs) to levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and calcitonin in gene-related peptide(CG RP)in plasma in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into CFNs treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The levels of neuropeptide Y and calcitonin gene-related peptide in plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The levels of neuropeptide Y in plasma in CFNs treatment group and control group of cerebral infarction was increased more than that in healthy control group.The level of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide in groups of cerebral infarction decrease more than that in healthy control group.The levels of neuropeptide Y in plasma in the group of cerebral infarction decreased significantly after CFNs treatment(P<0.001).The levels of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide increased significantly in the group of cerebral infarction after CFNs treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion CFNs therapy has neuroprotection by decreasing the levels of NPY and increasing the levels of plasma CGRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction. ......
