【摘要】 目的 探讨一种新的、更加理想的治疗腋臭的手术方法。方法 在2001年9月完成的肿胀抽吸结合射频消融治疗腋臭的基础研究的基础上，应用该方法临床治疗中重度腋臭患者43例，作为试验组；选取近1年以往我科采用单纯肿胀抽吸法治疗腋臭且有完整随诊资料的21例，作为对照组，比较两种方法的治愈率和复发率。结果 试验组治愈率97.7%，对照组的治愈率为88.1%，经卡方检验P<0.05，两者差异有显著性；皮瓣愈合，试验组Ⅰ期愈合率89.5%，对照组Ⅰ期愈合率90.5 %，P>0.05，两者差异无显著性；试验组复发率5.8%，对照组复发率28.6%，P<0.01，两者差异有非常显著性。结论 单纯肿胀抽吸法，虽然创伤小、术后无瘢痕，但由于其复发率较高，临床应用受到限制；肿胀抽吸结合射频消融方法，既保留了单纯肿胀抽吸法的优点，又有效地避免了其复发率高的缺点，是目前治疗腋臭的一种理想的方法。

    Clinic analysis of varied method for treatment of armpit odor

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate a new and ideal treatment of armpit odor.Methods We treated and severe armpit odor 43 cases by swelling pumping combining with radio frequency melting on base of basic research from September , 2001,while we chose follow-up patients 21 cases treated only by swelling pumping as control to contrast to cure rate and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results On cure rate, the experimental group was higher than the control (P<0.05). On recurrence rate, the control group was higher than experimental group obviously (P<0.01). While on flap healing, there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion In spite of slight trauma and no scar, swelling pumping with high recurrence rate was confined in clinical application. Swelling pumping combining with radio frequency melting with advantages of swelling pumping without high recurrence rate is an optimum therapy to armpit odor. ......
