摘 要：目的:探讨肢体骨肉瘤保肢手术结合化疗的临床疗效。方法:对11例四肢骨肉瘤患者进行保肢治疗, 其中11例进行了术前、后新辅助化疗。按Enneking 分期, IIA期3例, IIB期8例。施行瘤段截除灭活再植术8例,人工关节置换术3例。结果:发生并发症3例, 其中皮肤坏死1例、切口感染2例。随访时间4～25月, 平均12.6月。按Enneking评分:结果为优4 例,良5例, 可2例,优良82.2%。结论: 保肢手术结合新辅助化疗是治疗肢体骨肉瘤的最好方法。

    Limb Salvage for Patients with Osteosarcomas

    Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of limb salvage surgery combined with adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with osteosarcomas. Method: 11 patients with the diagnosis of osteosarcomas of the extremities were treated with adjuvant chemotherapy and limb salvage surgery. The stages of tumors according to Enneking classification were IIA in 3, IIB in 8. Among them, endoprosthestic implantation was done in 3 patients, simple tumor resection was performed in 8 patients with fibula lesions. Result: Major surgical complcations occurred in 3 cases. infection in 2 cases. and Skin necrosis in 1 cases The patients were followed up for 4 to 25 months (average 12.6 months). The patients were evaluated in regard to function with use of Enneking system. Among 13 cases, 4 were classified as excellent results,5 cases good, 2 cases fair, an excellent or good result in 82.2% of the patients. Conclusion:The limb salvage surgery combined with adjuvant chemotherapy is the best treatment method for malignant bone tumor. ......
