摘要：目的：探讨功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后恢复的影响。方法：将170例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。观察组102例，对照组68例，均行手术治疗，观察组行术前术后功能锻炼，对照组仅行基础护理，观察两组术后恢复情况并进行对比。结果：随访半年后，观察组显效81例，有效18例，总有效率97.06%，对照组显效40例，有效10例，总有效率73.5%，两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗后的恢复有显著效果，临床上值得推广。

    The influence on Surgery of protrusion of the lumber intervertebral by rehabilitation

    Abstract： Objective： To discuss the influence on functional recovery of protrusion of the lumber intervertebral after surgery by rehabilitation. Method： Divided 170 patients with protrusion of the lumber intervertebral into two groups randomly,the control group only nursing with routine way, but the treatment group have rehabilitation before and after surgery.Result： The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 97.06% after six months, that of the control group was 73.50%, they had obvious difference (p<0.05). Conclusion：Rehabilitation has obvious effect on recovery of protrusion of the lumber intervertebral after surgery. ......
