摘要：目的：探讨囊性肾癌的诊断与治疗，以提高对囊性肾癌的认识和诊断率。方法：总结本院的 5 例囊性肾癌的诊断、治疗与随访。结果：术后病理证实全部为囊性肾癌。随访3月至2年，未见肿瘤复发与转移。结论：综合运用B超、CT等各种先进设备，可以提高囊性肾癌的术前诊断率。行肾癌根治术后，囊性肾癌的预后良好。

    The Diagnosis and Treatment of the Cystic Renal Carcinoma

    Abstract:Objective: To assess the diagnosis and treatment of the cystic. Method: A retrospective study was made on the clinical featuers, images characters and treatment of 5 cystic renal carcinoma treated from 2000 to 2004. Result: Preoperative imaging procedures suggested cystic renal carcinoma in 4 cases, one case was considered pure cyst and diagnosised after operation. Conclusion: With the help of CT and B ultrasound ,the cystic renal carcinoma can be diagnosised timely and accurately. After the radical nephrectomy, the prognosis is fair for cystic clear cell carcinoma.
