摘要：目的：观察硫酸卡那霉素用作牙周冲洗治疗单纯性龈炎的价值和可行性。方法：选用硫酸卡那霉素冲洗牙周龈沟为实验组44例；3%过氧化氢液，生理盐水冲洗作为对照组43例，5d后复查。结果：实验组的治愈率是86.36%，对照组的治愈率是37.21%，二者间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：硫酸卡那霉素用做牙周冲洗治疗单纯性龈炎效果显著。

    The Clinical Observation of Kanamycin on Simple Gingivitis

    Abstract: Objective: To know the value and possibility of kanamycin on infusing periodontal simple gingivitis. Method: 44 cases experimental group were applied with kanamycin to infuse periodontal gingive. 43 cases in control group were infused with 3% N.S. Result: The rate is 86.36% and 37.21% in eaperimental group and control group respectively. There's signtficant difference (P<0.05) between them. Conclusion: There's significant effect of kanamycin infusion periodontal on simple gingivitis.
